When visiting the zoo, please take note of the following information:
Tour Format
Zoo tours are conducted on foot with guidance from a zookeeper. Each tour lasts between 90 and 105 minutes. Visitors should follow the zookeeper’s instructions and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
Booking
To secure your visit, it is recommended to book tickets in advance. This helps manage the number of visitors per tour and ensures a controlled experience.
No Pets Allowed
For safety and health reasons, pets are not allowed in ZooDoo. This is to ensure the well-being of both the zoo animals and visitors' pets. If you have a pet, please consider alternative arrangements for their care during your visit.
Private Vehicle
To reach ZooDoo, take National Highway 27C from Da Lat to Da Nhim Commune, Lac Duong District, Lam Dong Province
Continue straight on National Highway 27C for about 1.5 km, and you will see ZooDoo on your right.
ZooDoo Shuttle Bus
ZooDoo offers a daily shuttle bus service, making it more convenient for visitors to reach the park.

As this is an outdoor experience, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and proper footwear.

Rule 1
ABSOLUTELY do not bring outside food or drinks. Only feed animals with food provided by ZooDoo.
Rule 2
Guests accompanying children must manage their children and TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY for any interactions with animals (if any).
Rule 3
TURN OFF FLASH when taking photos.
Rule 4
Behave civilly in public, walk gently, speak softly, and do not make noise. Do not tease, shout, provoke, or chase animals. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT throw anything at the animals.
Rule 5
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in the zoo area.
Rule 6
Most of the tour will move through the pine forest with many tree roots, avoid wearing high heels or slippers. ZooDoo is not responsible for any tripping incidents (if any).
Rule 7
MANDATORY to stay with the group, do not separate from the group, and follow the instructions of ZooDoo staff.
Rule 8
ZooDoo staff HAVE THE RIGHT to refuse service and ask you to leave the zoo IMMEDIATELY if you violate any of the above regulations.
